Red Light Method is a U.S. wellness studio franchise founded by Allison Beardsley, the founder of Club Pilates, combining FDA-cleared red light therapy with guided Power Plate training and, at participating studios, Pilates Reformer, infrared sauna, and other recovery services. The brand has more than 70 locations in development and differentiates itself through short, integrated sessions built around light therapy and movement.
