Rockbot offers Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) as community spaces for team members to connect through shared identities (or allyship), interests, and values. ERG sessions provide a small and safe setting for open dialogue, while informing Rockbot’s company culture at large by creating opportunities for learning and development.
