Central BBQ is a Memphis-style barbecue restaurant and catering business founded in Memphis, Tennessee, in 2002 by barbecue competitors Craig Blondis and Roger Sapp; it serves guests through restaurants in Tennessee and Mississippi and ships barbecue nationwide.
