Artis Real Estate Investment Trust was a Canadian publicly traded commercial real estate trust with office, retail, and industrial properties; on February 1, 2026, it combined with RFA Capital to form TSX-listed RFA Financial, and Artis became its wholly owned subsidiary. Its former unitholders received RFA shares, and its archive now provides historical reports and transaction information.
