Enterprise Sales Executive

San Francisco/Bay Area

What you will do:

  • - Build and maintain your own book of business; Source and research sales prospects in an effort to penetrate your respective vertical and exceed sales goals
  • - Follow up on inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns
  • - Prepare and conduct sales presentations of products to new and existing customers
  • - Provide direct feedback to product and marketing teams
  • - Maintain relationship with clients services who provide clients with additional sales offerings based on an innate understanding of the customer's current/future needs

Requirements

  • - College Graduate - 4 year degree
  • - 3-6 years professional experience in outside sales with prior success
  • - Preferred experience selling to Enterprise level clients within the Fast Casual or Fitness Markets
  • - Proven ability to sell over-the-phone and generate new business
  • - Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • - Coachable, organized and detail-oriented
  • - Excellent understanding of social media and how businesses can leverage
  • - Tech savvy - setting up Rockbot is similar to plugging in a DVD player but you should be able to do basic troubleshooting related to wifi, a/v connections or just the ability to explain the product.
  • - Ideally a music lover

What you will do:

  • - Identify and reach decision makers at target companies
  • - Generate new business opportunities to help fill the sales pipeline
  • - Build out organizational charts within the targeted companies
  • - Leverage existing prospect lists to meet a daily quota of 50+ outbound phone calls per day
  • - Qualify and nurture new leads through well planned and executed efforts
  • - Work closely and strategically with Sales management and Enterprise sales reps
  • - Schedule and perform product demos for prospects thru screen share software
  • - Manage and track leads using Base CRM while maintaining accurate and up to date records
  • - Maintain contact with prospects to develop long term, growing relationships
  • - Present effectively to customers including C-level executives
  • - Be an expert in product usage, becoming the ultimate Rockbot power user and evangelist

Responsibilities

  • - Oversee and develop strong client relationships in order to grow business opportunities
  • - Become a Rockbot evangelist with new trial venues with goal of conversion
  • - Facilitate the on boarding of new venues to ensure smooth overall execution of Rockbot
  • - Contribute to Rockbot’s success by monitoring and analyzing performance to ensure customer satisfaction and provide suggestions of optimization
  • - Track and resolve product and technical issues throughout Rockbot on behalf of the venue

Requirements

  • - College Graduate - 4 year degree
  • - Minimum of 2 years prior account management experience
  • - Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • - Self-managed and highly motivated
  • - Very-organized and detail-oriented
  • - Smartphone (Android or iPhone)
