Rockbot’s Account Policies apply to all customers under our standard Subscriber Terms of Service.
If you are not fully satisfied with your Rockbot service or hardware within the first 30 days, we will provide a full refund. Our guarantee includes any payments to Rockbot including services, hardware*, and setup costs.
*Refunds for hardware are issued when the hardware is returned in good working condition.
You may adjust the services available on your account at any time. Account adjustments may take up to seven (7) days to process.
Upgrades to Rockbot services on your account are prorated from the date of service activation. All fees for upgraded service are invoiced and charged per your account terms.
Downgrades to Rockbot services generate prorated service credit based on the date of the downgrade. Service credit will be applied to future invoices as described below.
Rockbot provides monthly and annual options for payment. You may change your payment term at the end of the current paid term. Changes to payment terms will result in changes to your service pricing.
Accounts in good standing may request a suspension of services. Suspended accounts have all services paused until reactivated. All suspensions begin on the Suspension Effective Date, defined as the end of the current term or calendar month, whichever is shorter. Suspension requests must be submitted at least seven (7) calendar days before the Suspension Effective Date. Upon reactivation of a suspended account, the Term of the suspended subscriptions will be extended by the same period of time that the suspension was in effect, and a prorated service credit may be generated.
We do not offer a refund or credit on hardware or services canceled after 30 days. All canceled services will remain active for the remainder of the paid term. To request cancellation please submit a request.
Rockbot service credit may be redeemed for Rockbot services or hardware only. Service credit is automatically applied to future invoices. Service credits are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All service credits expire one (1) year from the initial date of accrual (e.g. the first day of a suspension).
