Director of Sales – Key Accounts

Rockbot is looking for a Director of Sales to grow our account base with a specific focus on the chain accounts in the bar and restaurant industry. You should have experience selling to executive level decision makers as well as an understanding of the operational aspects of the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

  • Develop lasting relationships with customers in order to maximize revenues for the company
  • Understand and articulate information regarding our innovative streaming music service
  • Prepare detailed proposals that include hardware, software, and services in order to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales & revenue objectives
  • Respond to customer requests for proposals that include all areas of products & services. Interface with implementation personnel in developing specific account strategies
  • Understand the inner workings of the products and present this knowledge to customers
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals
  • Represent Company at trade association meetings to promote product
  • Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion
  • Monitor and evaluate the activities and products of the competition
  • 10% - 20% travel

Requirements

  • Operational experience in the hospitality industry
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quota
  • Understanding of mobile, social or customer engagement technologies
